burger fun time

So, the burger fun time last night went relatively well. I mean, sure I set off the fire alarm 3 times and still undercooked the meat… But everyone is still alive today, so that’s good. I dunno, I’ve never made them before but it was kinda fun. I may be quasi-anti-social most of the time, but I still like having people over, at least in small-ish groups. I may say I wish there were more people to have over, but I like not being anxious.* The candy poker went pretty well too. I ended up pretty much accidentally winning all the cookies and only eating one.

and just cause I don’t feel like starting homework yet, things to look forward to this month:

-getting paid, from like 4 different people.
-camping this weekend w/ The Hales**
-dinner sunday night w/ my folks.
-school being out in 2 weeks!
-tango next friday
-New Pornographers the 22nd

My weekends are like little rewards for getting through the week.

*Apparently I’ve been misusing the word anxious for most of my life.

**Should be pretty cool. I’m a little nervous about the whole thing, but I think it’ll be fun.
